At Arte Labs, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. To facilitate this, we have partnered with a trusted third-party carrier to handle our shipping operations. Here is the shipping information and cost calculation process:

We ship all domestic US orders within 48 hours from when you place your order. However, delays do happen, we try our best to keep fulfillment within this timeframe. Standard domestic shipping takes about 2-7 business days for package delivery. Due to COVID-19, orders could experience shipping delays.

Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping methods to cater to different customer preferences. These may include:

- Free Standard Shipping for US orders over $50

- USPS Parcel Ground (5 days): Flat Rate $6.95

This is our default shipping option, which typically delivers orders within a specified timeframe based on the destination.

- USPS Priority Mail (2 days): Rates are provided at checkout by the shipping carrier if this service is available.

For customers who need their orders quickly, we provide expedited shipping options that ensure faster delivery. However, additional charges may apply.


- International Shipping: We offer international shipping for customers located outside of our domestic shipping zone. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.


Tracking Orders:

Once an order is placed and shipped, customers will receive a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of the shipment and estimate the expected delivery date. Customers can access this information through our website or by using the carrier's tracking portal.

Please note that shipping costs and delivery times are subject to change based on factors beyond our control, such as carrier policies, customs procedures for international shipments, and unforeseen events. However, we are committed to providing the most accurate and up-to-date shipping information to our customers.

Return To Sender Alerts:

Please contact the shipping carrier immediately with your tracking and full shipping address if your tracking information says an attempt to deliver was made, insufficient address, no secure location, is undeliverable and/or being returned to sender. The shipping carrier will be able to assist you and correct the issue. Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal without having contacted us prior will be processed as a return less the cost of shipping.
