How can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order such as shipping address or order items please email support@arte-labs.com as soon as possible with your order number and issue. Please note once an order has been fulfilled we can no longer make changes to it. We will do our best to process your request.


How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please email support@arte-labs.com as soon as possible with your order number and issue. Please note once an order has been fulfilled we can no longer make changes to it. We will do our best to process your request.


How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order on your Account page accessible in the top right corner of arte-labs.com and login. The status of your order will update throughout the shipping process. Once when you are charged for your order and again when the shipping carrier has picked up your package. An email will also be sent to your email address provided at checkout.
